An Icon Reborn

In 2015, Joseph was called on to lead content for the MapQuest rebrand. The mapping company, fresh on the chopping block, overhauled their app and desktop. They were open to taking more than a few chances. The result was the first profitable year since 2004, a WEBBY Award, and 52 million monthly users. He led ideation, production, and promotion on all B2C/B2B content projects. The work included site revamps, partnership content, video ad scripting and concepting, contributor network management, organic social, and more.
